Drawing several numbers without repeats
Each press of Generate is an independent draw, so the same number can and will come up twice. Over ten draws from one to twenty, a repeat is more likely than not.
When you need several different numbers, such as six distinct raffle tickets, do not simply generate six times. Either note each result and generate again if it repeats, or put the candidate numbers into the list randomizer and take the first few from the shuffled order, which guarantees no duplicates.

Setting a range that matches the question
The range is inclusive at both ends, so a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 100 can return 1, 100 and everything between: exactly one hundred possible results.
The common mistake is an off-by-one at the boundary. A hundred raffle tickets numbered 1 to 100 need a minimum of 1; the same hundred tickets numbered 0 to 99 need a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 99. Setting 1 to 100 against tickets numbered from zero silently excludes ticket 0 and invents a ticket 100 that nobody holds.
Why the result is not simply Math.random
The obvious way to fit a random value into a range is to divide and take the remainder. It is also slightly wrong whenever the range does not divide evenly into the pool of values, because the leftover values at the end of the pool give the lowest few numbers an extra chance.
Squeezing 256 possible values into a range of 10 is the clearest illustration: 250 of them spread evenly, and the last 6 land on the first six numbers a second time, so those numbers arrive about four per cent more often than the rest. We discard values that fall in that remainder and draw again, which costs a fraction of a millisecond and leaves every number in your range on precisely equal footing.

Modulo bias appears when a random value is folded into a range that does not divide evenly, giving the lowest numbers a slightly larger share. This generator discards values that fall in the uneven remainder and draws again, so the bias does not occur here.
Should I use this for a regulated prize draw?
No. The randomness is strong, but the tool is not a certified or audited generator and produces no verifiable record of a draw. Where a regulator requires certification or an audit trail, use a provider approved for that purpose.
