Reporting a problem
Most bugs turn out to depend on a specific browser or a specific list, so a report that includes the details below can usually be fixed on the first attempt rather than after three rounds of questions.
- Which tool The page you were on: the wheel, dice, coin, teams, numbers or the list randomizer.
- Browser and device For example Chrome on Windows, or Safari on an iPhone, with the version if you know it.
- What you expected What you thought would happen when you pressed the button.
- What happened instead The result, the error, or the thing that did not move.
- Whether it repeats Does it happen again in a private window, where saved settings are ignored?
- The entries involved If a particular list triggers it, paste the list. Leave out anything confidential.
What we cannot help with
Entries and settings are stored only in your own browser, so a list lost by clearing site data or by switching device cannot be recovered from our side. There is no copy to restore. If a wheel matters, keep it as a shared link or paste the entries somewhere of your own.
We also cannot run a draw on your behalf or certify one for a regulated prize promotion. The tools are built for classrooms, meetings, games and everyday choices rather than for draws that a regulator has to sign off.
